Founder
Jessica Savage is a healthcare consultant with subject matter expertise in risk adjustment, quality reporting, ACOs, APMs and physician operations aiding health systems, providers and insurers in driving value-based care and optimizing reimbursement. Jessica's experience began in outpatient and hospital operations for a large integrated health system which allowed her to develop immediate insight into the patient experience. This front-line exposure later translated into improving the healthcare continuum. A Boston native and Celtics fan, Jessica received her MBA from the University of San Diego, and is a former Division II college athlete.
Rafael Schulz, CRC, CPC, CCS, PMP
Rafael Schulz is a skilled managed care professional holding multiple HCC coding certifications. He brings significant expertise in revenue cycle management and risk adjustment coding. He has served as subject matter expert for companies including Hill Physicians Medical Group, Change Healthcare, Johns Hopkins University, DaVita Healthcare Partners and Brown & Toland Physicians. Rafael enjoys traveling and cooking. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Agraria in Lima, Peru.
Annalise Smith
Annalise is a versatile, innovative, and results-driven healthcare consultant with a passion for excellence in personalized, compassionate, and efficient patient-centered care systems. Her depth of knowledge in health assessment and quality measurement programs has motivated interdisciplinary teams to achieve unprecedented goals and improved patient outcomes at Kaiser Permanente, FullWell Centura Health, Optum Southern CA, and GEBBs Healthcare Solutions. Annalise’s expertise in Risk Adjustment and Quality has helped organizations across the US to optimize data collection and analysis to enhance population health and operational effectiveness. She is a Colorado native and avid Denver sports fan who received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from the University of Colorado, Boulder and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Denver.
